The device has frequency filters (12, 22) with junctions inserted to terminals of a short section (3) of an electrical connection to confine, to the section, high frequency signals taking a new high frequency connection when the section is not replaced. The electrical connection is constituted by two sections (11, 21) and the short section, and the new connection is constituted by a high frequency section (13), the short section and a high frequency connection (23). The section (13) is protected from a low frequency signal by interposition of a high-pass filter before new equipment (24).
