The process for fixing lamella of a layered conducting material such as graphite (1) on an insulating borosilicate glass substrate (2) containing sodium oxide dissociated into movable NA +cations and O 2 -anions, comprises placing a sample of layered material against a surface of the substrate, dissociating the oxides by heating the substrate at 150-350[deg] C, and subjecting the substrate and the sample to an electric field using an electrode in contact with the substrate and another electrode in contact with the sample. The electric field is produced at an interval of 1-2 KV.
