The field (1) has upper and lower sheets (2, 3) with a surface in contact with a patient. The upper sheet is arranged on the abdomen of the patient during utilization of the field. The upper sheet has an abdominal operative window (5) that is covered by a incise film (4), where the window is in the form of a hopper. The film covers a larger surface of the window. A collecting pouch (6) has a filter (13) to allow the flow of liquids and the collection of the tissue. The lower sheet has right and left leg supports (9, 10) at both sides of a central zone.
