The unit (10) has a case (100) including a motor driven fan unit (200) producing an air flow via a cooling evaporator (120). The case and the fan unit are provided with parallel median planes constituting median symmetric planes of the unit (10). The case has condensate evacuation outlets (190, 192) that are arranged so as to correspond to rotation of the case at an angle of 180 degrees around an axis (Z) contained in a plane parallel to the median planes. The fan unit is arranged with respect to the case to produce the air flow in a direction confounded with another direction.
