The assembly (40) has a ring gear (41) supported against a base plate (50) and rotated with respect to the plate around a rotational axis (X) when the gear is subjected to a torque higher than a preset limit torque. Stop zones (54, 46) are defined by a bump (53) and an orifice (45), and are associated with the plate and the gear, respectively. The gear is blocked in rotation by contact of the stop zone (46) with the stop zone (54) when the gear is subjected to a torque less than the limit torque. The gear has elastically deformable tabs for clamp-mounting of the plate on the gear.
