The device has an articulation assembly comprising hinges articulated in vertical path movement and other hinges articulated in horizontal path movement. An articulation turns a rotative door around 360 degrees towards right and left. Another articulation turns the door around 360 degrees towards top and bottom. Octagonal opening (E) opens and closes a multifinger projecting head. Transmission wires (F) are contained in channels of a catheter body and connect control buttons (A-D) to the hinges to activate the hinges.
