The bullet has a body (1), and a nose (2) sliding in the body. A chamber (5) acting as reservoir has variable volume by sliding in front of the body towards the nose during impact. The body stretches by closure of inner sides (8, 11) and constrains the liquid in the chamber contains so that the liquid rise at an end for inoculation of the liquid, during the impact of the nose against a thick part of an animal or human to be anesthetized or sedated, where the liquid is passed forcibly in a hollow hypodermic needle (3) by evacuation holes (4).
