The bullet has a body (1), and a nose (2) sliding in the body. A chamber acting as reservoir has variable volume by sliding in front of the body towards the nose during impact. The body stretches by closure of inner sides and constrains the liquid in the chamber, during the impact of front of the nose against thick part of an animal or human to be anesthetized or sedated after penetrating a hollow hyperdermic needle, where the liquid is passed forcibly in the needle and is injected by and end in a part of a subject.
