The device has a box (2) whose bottom is formed with traversing holes and anchorage pins (40) adapted to be inserted in loose soil i.e. beach sand, through the traversing holes. The box is provided with an opening for permitting access to its internal space. The opening is closed by a door (3) that is provided with other traversing holes to receive the pins, where the latter traversing holes permit the fixation of the door in the loose soil in closed position of the door. A wall is arranged in the box.
