The panel has a capacitive tactile panel unit (1) nested in a resistive tactile panel unit (2), where detection signals of the panel units are transferred to a signal processing unit (3). The processing unit has a determination lens for determining the signals to select a predetermined signal processing mode. An upper conductive film (22) e.g. indium tin oxide film, and a lower conductive film (23) of the resistive tactile panel unit are short-circuited for grounding, when the mode is selected for receiving the detection signal from the capacitive tactile panel unit.
