The sun-umbrella and windbreaker/backrest has a framework (1) supporting a tarpaulin (2) and axial windbreakers i.e. rollers (3), where the sun-umbrella and windbreaker/backrest is connected to a foldable or unfold able external furniture (7) such as chair, armchair, lounge chair or deck chair. The tarpaulin functions as sunshade. The framework has axial holes (4) for receiving a rotation axle (5) for ensuring pivoting of the framework and for assembling the framework on the external furniture.
