The device has a sun-blind's web control mechanism that is not fixed on a wall and fixed on an independent rigid intermediate mechanism-carrier frame, where a veranda is fixed on the wall. The frame is fabricated in two dimensions at factory and packaged on a work site for being fixed on the veranda. The frame is fixed on a roof of the veranda using jumpers. The frame has tube pieces integrated by connectors, where the connectors are joined by corner beads.
