The device has a flexible sleeve for receiving a pair of spectacles, where the sleeve is open at both ends (7). A locking unit (3) is provided at a distance from ends of the sleeve for locking a bridge (2) of the pair of spectacles so as to immobilize the pair of spectacles in the sleeve. The locking unit reduces diameter of the sleeve by locking the bridge and includes a locking slide (4) and a blocking cord stop (6). The locking unit is fixed at a medium of rectangle by providing an opening at each end of the sleeve.
