The product has a recycled material e.g. quarry materials, washing slurry or compost with dry weight percentages between 5 and 50 and presenting permeability equal to 0.0001 meter/second. The recycled material has an index of immediate bearing capacity of 10 at an optimum Proctor, and presents natural water content between 70 and 125 percentages of the optimum Proctor water content, where internal friction angle is equal to 25 degrees. An independent claim is also included for a method for utilizing a geotechnical product.
