PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a user learn a set state of respiration without being conscious of the state on the way of respiration only by controlling the breath for the user to attain a target.;SOLUTION: The respiration of the user detected by a respiration sensor 5 is presented for the user as the change of the shape of an induction figure displayed in an image display device 2. An induction control part 10 sets a target time for an exhalation period, and displays the induction figure in a specific shape as the attainment of the target in the image display device 2. The user confirms the change of the state of respiration of the user detected by the respiration sensor 5 with the change of the induction figure, and accordingly, the respiration of the user is induced to the set state of respiration only by being conscious of controlling the exhalation period so that the shape of the induction figure becomes the specific shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
