PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for realizing uniqueness assurance corresponding to cooperation among a plurality of servers, and furthermore, a technology for uniqueness assurance appropriately responding to the increase of transmission time due to the traffic, etc. on a communication network when load is distributed to a plurality of servers.;SOLUTION: A plural-protocol connection unit 33 of a distribution target server 30 provides a service a service in which a plurality of communication protocols is connected. A session information monitoring section 34 monitors generation of a session by the connection unit 33, when the session is generated, passes its ID to a session information notification section 35. Thus, a uniqueness assurance information setting management device 40 is notified of a session ID, and an address of the server 30 which generates the session.
