EVALUATION ANALYSIS SERVER, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR EVALUATING TEXT FILE CONTAINING PICTORIAL SYMBOL

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation analysis server or the like for deriving an evaluation level for evaluation analysis even if a text file includes pictorial symbols contributed from a portable telephone set. PSOLUTION: An evaluation analysis server analyzes an evaluation level in a text file containing character strings and pictorial symbols. The evaluation analysis server includes: a pictorial symbol dictionary means for registering evaluation pictorial symbols obtained by associating the evaluation level with specific pictorial symbols; a morphemic analysis means for decomposing the text file into morphemes; a pictorial symbol extraction means for extracting the morphemes corresponding to the evaluation pictorial symbols by using the pictorial symbol dictionary means; a pictorial symbol level retrieval means for retrieving the evaluation level corresponding to the extracted evaluation pictorial symbols by using the pictorial symbol dictionary means; and an evaluation level determination means for determining the evaluation level of the text file based on the sum of the evaluation levels of all the evaluation pictorial symbols.
