PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent for a polyurethane resin which exhibits satisfactory antistatic properties with a reduced addition amount and whose effective component includes no halogen atom. PSOLUTION: As the effective component of the antistatic agent for the polyurethane resin, an organic salt is used, which is constituted of a dicyanamide anion represented by formula (1) and a cation represented by formula (2) (in formula, RSP1/SPdenotes a 1-8C linear or branched alkyl group, an aryl group or a benzyl group, and RSP2/SPand RSP3/SPdenote hydrogen or 1-8C linear or branched alkyl groups which are equal to or different from each other).
