PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyolefin-based foamed resin particles that is freed from such problems as foaming of dispersion liquid in case of producing a polyolefin-based foamed resin particle using carbon dioxide, and as sticking and flattening of the polyolefin-based foamed resin particle, and a problem of productivity reduction is improved.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a polyolefin-based foamed resin particle includes charging a pressure vessel with a dispersion containing a polyolefin-based resin, aqueous medium, inorganic dispersant, and carbon dioxide, rising the temperature of the dispersion up to or above the softning temperature of the polyolefin-based resin while dispersing the ingredients under an agitating condition, then discharging the liquid dispersion existing in the pressure vessel into a lower pressure region than inner pressure of the pressure vessel, wherein, BET specific surface area of the inorganic dispersant is ≥0.01 m2/g and ≤70 m2/g.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
