PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in strength of a work scaffold used in repairing an oven wall and smooth putting in and out thereof.;SOLUTION: The work scaffold for repairing an oven wall 10 installed in a carbonization chamber 1 when repairing an oven wall of a coke oven includes a bottom side pipe 11 horizontally extending and being in slidable contact with the bottom of the carbonization chamber 1, an upper side pipe 12 extending in parallel with the bottom side pipe 11 in the upper part of the bottom side pipe 11, a front side pipe 13 connecting the front ends of the bottom side pipe 11 and the upper side pipe 12, a rear side pipe 14 connecting the back end sides of the bottom side pipe 11 and the upper side pipe 12, a rotational pipe 15 extending in parallel with the bottom side pipe 11 and pivotally supported by the front side pipe 13 and the back side pipe 14 at both ends thereof, a scaffold plank 16 formed along the rotational pipe 15 and rotatable between the standing position where the surface direction is aligned with the vertical direction and the lying position where the surface direction is aligned in the holizontal direction, and an attachment 23 for fixing the scaffold plank 16 to a crossbar 14a in the state of lying position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
