PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad beam movement and installation device used for removing an existing track and installing a new railroad beam, using a simple structure in a short construction period, and to provide a railroad beam movement which uses the method and installation method, and to provide a railroad beam removal method.;SOLUTION: An outrigger 7 and an arm 9 are installed on a carrier 3. The railroad beam movement and installation device 1 is installed, in such a manner that a pair of carriers 3a, 3b are opposed to each other. A lifting frame 13 is placed, in such a manner as to be placed on the carriers 3a, 3b. Two outriggers 7 are mounted on each side of the carrier 3. A rotatable arm 9 is joined to one of the outriggers 7 of the two outriggers 7. A chain block movable along the arm 9 is provided to the arm 9 and can be made to lift the lifting frame 13 by means of the chain block.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
