METHOD FOR CONVERTING INCINERATION ASH INTO CEMENT RAW MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce cement suitably by converting a large amount of incineration ash into a cement raw material in a short time and enhancing conversion efficiency for the cement raw material.;SOLUTION: The ignition loss of the incineration ash is measured and whether the incineration ash is washed with water or not is selected according to a measured result. The incineration ash is divided into washed incineration ash obtained by washing the incineration ash having a small ignition loss and non-washed incineration ash which is not washed because of having a large ignition loss. The washed incineration ash is used as a raw material for producing cement clinker and the non-washed incineration ash is charged directly into the end of a cement kiln.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
