PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair suggestion evaluation system for a building facility which can easily select the repair suggestion items of a building facility which reflected the needs of the owner of a building.;SOLUTION: This repair suggestion evaluation system 1 is provided with: a diagnostic result input means 2 for evaluating and digitizing and inputting the level of the deterioration of a building and the facility for every item based on the diagnostic resu a significance input means 3 for estimating how far a building owner 5 regards repair significant for every item, and for digitizing and inputting it; and a priority item evaluation means 4 for evaluating the item whose priority is high for the building owner 5 from a numerical value input by the diagnostic result input means 2 and the numerical value input by the significance input means 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
