PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the processing time of software.;SOLUTION: A software analysis means analyzes the characteristics of processing time estimation object software, a match evaluation means receives a performance scheduled hardware condition scheduled to perform the processing time estimation object software, and selects the software matched with the characteristics of the processing time estimation object software analyzed by the software analysis means and matched with the execution scheduled hardware condition from a database as processing time estimation software, and a processing time calculation means calculates the processing time of the processing time estimation software selected by the match evaluation means on the basis of the processing time registered in a database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
