PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lecture material preparation support system, a lecture material preparation support method and a lecture material preparation support program, for quickly preparing high-level material of a lecture by rapidly understanding contents of the lecture.;SOLUTION: A control means 11 of a lecture material preparation management device 10 converts voice data recorded during the lecture into character text data. The control means 11 extracts a character text corresponding to a target page, and decides whether or not questions and answers are started. When the questions and answers are not yet started, the control means 11 records the extracted character text of voice block data into a note data area including a page identifier of the target page. When the questions and answers are started and the character text of a questioner exists, the control means 11 temporarily stores the character text of the questioner, and stores the character text before question in association with the target page.
