PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency arranging method, a control station apparatus, a transmission station apparatus, a receiving station apparatus and a communication system, capable of securing the communication quality, in a plurality of systems, and effectively utilizing the frequencies.;SOLUTION: When at least three communication systems by using spectrums that include a plurality of subcarriers simultaneously perform communication, spectrum arrangement in a control station for determining the spectrum arrangement can be performed. A base station apparatus 110 transmits multi-carrier signals by using an allocated spectrum. A terminal station apparatus 120 recognizes a superimposed band with other systems, beforehand, applies an interference suppressing technology to the superimposed band, performs error correction decoding and receives the multi-carrier signals addressed to the present station. When the number of the communication systems is an even number, the spectrums are arranged so that sets of two spectrums to be partially superimposed are adjacent to each other. When the number of the communication systems is an odd number, the spectrum are arranged so that at least one set of the two spectra to be partially superimposed and the spectra that are not to be superimposed are adjacent to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
