TREATED WATER RE-USE SYSTEM USING EFFLUENT DROP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treated water re-use system performing raw liquid feed to a filter device and operation thereof and recovering of power source by hydraulic turbine generation, by using effluent drop of treated water like wastewater.;SOLUTION: A water feed pipe 4 of a filter tank 3 is straddlingly set to an effluent weir 1 and immersed in an upper water tank A, a treated water pipe 18 and a cleaning drain pipe 20 are disposed lower than the water level of the upper water tank A, the exhaust pipe 23 of an air motor 16 disposed to an agitator 17 erectedly set on the tank bottom is connected to a part of the filter tank 3 near agitator blades 17a of the agitator 17, an ejector pipe 9 having a suction ejector 10 is suspended in a water receiver 8 receiving overflow water of the effluent weir 1, and an extraction pipe 25 connected to the suction ejector 10 is connected to the water feed pipe 4. The inside of the ejector pipe 9 of the water receiver 8 becomes negative pressure by falling water, and the air staying in the water feed pipe 4 is sucked by the ejection action of the suction ejector 10, making effluent water flow into the filter tank 3 from the water feed pipe 4 by a siphon action, facilitating filter medium cleaning by synergetic action of the mechanical agitation and pneumatic agitation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
