The attaching part includes a first abutting surface 17 abutting on a surface of a peripheral edge of the penetration groove 5 of the mounting plate part 2, and a locking claw (a locking part) 18 projecting from the first abutting surface 17 and having a thickness T smaller than a width W0 of the penetration groove 5. The locking claw 18 includes a projection part 21 projecting with a length for intruding the penetration groove 5, and an elastically deformable inclined part 22, which is formed from the projection part 21 by inclining in a direction apart from the first abutting surface 17, and is elastically deformed in a direction further apart from the first abutting surface 17.
