PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatography analytical method and chromatography analytical kit capable of high-sensitivity analyses and enhancement of quantitative performance by controlling sensing variations.;SOLUTION: The chromatography analytical method includes the steps of: fixing a reactant (for example, a biomaterial such as a capture antibody 4, and the like) reacting to a test material 5 to a predetermined position; developing a test solution 6 containing the test material 5; and combining and detecting the test material 5 by a reaction to the reactant (for example, an antigen-antibody reaction to the capture antibody 4). Prior to developing the test solution 6 containing the test material 5, a chromatographic strip (for example, a membrane 2) should be wetted by a wetting solution.
