PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe respiration training system allowing a user to perform the respiration training with the entertaining property without requiring a wide space, and a tubular body to be used in the respiration training system.;SOLUTION: The direction and speed of movement of a flying object displayed in a display part 300 are determined based on the direction of the tubular body 100 in the real space and a prescribed quantity of respiration of the user. In addition to the simple display of the prescribed quantity of respiration of the user, the direction and speed of movement of the flying object are determined by considering the prescribed quantity of respiration and the direction of the tubular body 100 in the real space, and therefore, the entertaining respiration training is possible.
