PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically update information even if not conveying update information to a user permitting disclosure of information registered with one's own personal information. PSOLUTION: A registration terminal registering personal data in a server includes a registration means registering the personal data while the personal data include permission user information for designating a permission user to be permitted with the disclosure of the personal data. The server managing the personal data includes: an authentication means performing authentication of a terminal having performed access; a storage means associating and storing a use terminal acquiring the personal data from the server and an acquisition history of the personal data; and a change request means performing a change request of the personal data to the permission user of the use terminal stored in the storage means associatively to the personal data when adding a change to the personal data by the registration terminal.
