PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antigen protein of an extract of Pinctada margaritifera eggs, an antibody specific thereto, and a method of predicting the amount of breeding of Pinctada margaritifera using the antibody. PSOLUTION: According to the antibody specific to the antigen protein, the amount of breeding of Pinctada margaritifera can be easily and exactly quantified to thereby enable providing important information about the study on the life cycle of Pinctada margaritifera and efficient administration.
