TELEPHONE EXCHANGE DEVICE WHICH PERFORMS EMERGENCY INFORMATION REPORTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the immediacy of reporting at a telephone exchange device which performs the reporting of emergency information such as urgent earthquake information, while effectively reporting incidental information relevant to the emergency information.;SOLUTION: The telephone exchange device performs emergency information reporting. The telephone exchange device includes an urgent earthquake information-receiving device 2 for receiving emergency report information, a plurality of IP telephone equipment 12, and a SIP server 11 for controlling the IP telephone equipments 12. Each of them is connected by a LAN (local area network) (IP network). If the urgent earthquake information-receiving device 2 receives emergency report information from high order, the device analyzes the content and determines whether it is necessary to call the plurality of IP telephone equipments 12 all at once. When there is the need of calling all at once, an instruction for calling all at once is issued to the SIP server 11. In response to the instruction, the SIP server 11 transmits information for calling all at once the plurality of phones 12 to the LAN using multicast packets.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
