PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect correction method for satisfactorily correcting a defective part existing in a color layer of a color filter.;SOLUTION: The defect correction method of a color filter for applying defect correction ink to a defect existing in a color layer of the color filter to correct the defect includes: a defect correction ink preparing step of preparing two or more kinds of defect correction ink in accordance with a size of the defect to be defected with respect to defect correction ink of at least one color; a defect correction ink selecting step of selecting defect correction ink suitable for the size of the defect to be corrected, from two or more kinds of defect correction ink prepared in the defect correction ink preparing step; and a defect correction ink applying step of applying defect correction ink selected in the defect correction ink selecting step to correct the defect.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
