摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance management system for air conditioning equipment and a remote maintenance management server capable of giving a user information by which maintenance and renewal can be carried out in proper timing. PSOLUTION: A user side client terminal acquires data showing operation conditions from the air conditioning equipment and transmits them to a server device on the manufacturer side. From the obtained data, the server device generates information showing not only whether maintenance is necessary but also whether it is time to consider renewal. In this way, when the information is transmitted to the user side through an agency, the user can perform maintenance and renewal of the equipment in proper timing. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
