PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single chamber type solid-oxide fuel cell in which the number of cell stages is suppressed when it is stacked up and which is small in size and capable of a large output, and to provide its stack structure. PSOLUTION: The solid-oxide fuel cell includes an electrolyte with gas impermeability in which at least one first through-hole and at least one second through-hole extending in the same axial direction are formed and the first and the second through-holes are opened at both ends, a fuel electrode which is formed on the inner wall face of the first through-hole, an air electrode which is formed on the inner wall face of the second through-hole, and a communication member which is arranged at either one of end parts of the electrolyte and has a passage to communicate with the first and the second through-holes.
