PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a waterproof structure applicable to a thin and compact portable electronic terminal. PSOLUTION: The connecting flexible wiring board is provided with a waterproof flexible wiring part 22, a connecting electrode part 23 fitted to an end part of the flexible wiring part 22, and a waterproof wall part 25 of a circular shape fitted so as to surround the connecting electrode 23. The flexible wiring part 22 is arranged in a flooded area of a case 15, the connecting electrode part 23 is electrically connected to an inner printed wiring board 17 at a case 15 side in an opening 27 of the case 15, and the waterproof wall part 25 are watertightly adhered around the opening 27 of the case 15 to prevent infiltration of water from around the opening 27 into the case 15.
