PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, system and program for analysis of an underground water origin, a recording medium, and a method and unit for computing a rainfall cultivation amount. PSOLUTION: A topographic surveying section 361 in an outflow rate computing section 36 divides a target area into a plurality of watersheds based on topographic data and conducts a topographic survey in the divided watersheds. A statistics processing section 362 extracts a plurality of factors having correlations with flowability of water out of results of the topographic survey. An outflow index determining section 363 calculates outflow indexes of the divided watersheds out of the plurality of factors. An outflow rate estimation section 364 derives a regression formula out of correlations between the outflow indexes of part of the watersheds and measured outflow rates therein, and calculates the outflow rates in the divided watersheds out of the derived regression formula and the outflow indexes of the divided watersheds.
