PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform both of OFDM communication with another slave unit using a signal of either one of first and second frequency bands and OFDM communication with a master unit using a signal of the other frequency band.;SOLUTION: A power-line carrier communication apparatus functioning as one of slave units bus-connected to a power line connected with the master unit includes a receiving part 37, a demodulation part and a control part. The receiving part 37 includes: a signal passage 41 for interrupting signals of frequencies other than the first frequency band; a signal passage 42 for interrupting signals of frequencies other than the second frequency band; a first switch means 44 arranged in the signal passage 41; and a second switch means 46 arranged in the signal passage 42. When a repeater slave unit is operated, the control part, in a waiting state and in communication with the other slave set, turns on the first switch means 44 and turns off the second switch 46, and in communication with the master unit, turns off the first switch means 41 and turns on the second switch means 46.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
