PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice communication accumulation/retrieval device in which voice communication together with positional information of a user is compiled into a database from which data can be retrieved later.;SOLUTION: The voice communication accumulation/retrieval device includes: a database registration part 5 for collecting information including voice information of voice communication between a call origination terminal 15 of the user and a call termination telephone terminal 16, time and date of the communication, a call originator ID, a call terminator ID and positional information of the user and registering the information in an accumulation database 10; an indexing part 6 for making indexes for the information and storing the indexes in a retrieval database 11; a query input part 7 for receiving a query for retrieval of the accumulation database 11 from the user and converting it into a form enabling collation with the accumulation database 11; a query collation part 8 for collating the query with the indexes stored in the accumulation database 11 and retrieving the voice information coincident with the query; and an information providing part 9 for sending the result of retrieval of the query collation part 8 to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
