PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method by closed circulation in which almost all the portion of a wiping solution is recovered and the solution is not discharged to a discharge passage any more after a proper treatment. ;SOLUTION: (a) A fresh wiping solution is prepared, (b) the fresh wiping solution thus prepared is introduced into a wiping tank or tanks of one kind or more and stained with ink, (c) the used solution discharged out of the wiping tank or tanks is treated by a chemical, and the solution and precipitated ink are prepared, (d) the solution prepared in the process (c) is separated by the precipitation separation, and a clean solution and a thick solution containing prepared ink are prepared, (e) the thick solution is filtered to prepare a clean solution and solid wastes and (f) the clean solution prepared in the processes (d) and (e) is used as a fresh wiping solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
