PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance support system of a streaming information processor acquiring in-apparatus processing information in accordance with an apparatus receiving streaming information, and efficiently analyzing a fault or an abnormality of the apparatus, a proxy device, a streaming information processor, and a maintenance support method.;SOLUTION: In this maintenance support system of an information processor 001 comprising the streaming information processor 001 receiving contents via a network 030, the proxy device 020 and a distribution server 032 distributing the contents, the proxy device 020 adds a packet to streaming data received from the distribution server 032, executes an internal information acquisition instruction related to the state and operation of an apparatus in the information processor 001 based on a unit of one or more frames of a moving image, and receives the processing result transmitted by the information processor 001, and the information processor 001 receives data transmitted by the proxy device 020 to receive an internal information acquisition instruction, and executes a process according to the analysis content.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
