PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preparing the execution procedure of a unit commodity, by which an efficient execution procedure and an execution cost in each worker can be simply and automatically prepared in the case of performing work in an execution site in which the unit commodity is to be installed by a plurality of workers.;SOLUTION: When commodity specifications and a worker are inputted to a data input means 1, data corresponding to the input data are retrieved and extracted from a commodity execution procedure DB 2, an accessary execution procedure DB 5 and a worker information DB 7 by first, second and third retrieving means 3, 4, 6. A working data preparation means 8 prepares one working data by collecting execution procedure data in the retrieved result data. A working process is allocated to each worker from the retrieved information concerned with the worker and the working data so that total working hours in each worker are approximately the same.
