PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adsorbent with which a 10B-based compound can be efficiently separated from a boron raw material and concentrated, and a separation and concentration method using the adsorbent, as well as a separation and concentration device using the adsorbent.;SOLUTION: The adsorbent is an isotope selective adsorbent which selectively adsorbs the 10B-based compound from among the 10B-based compound and an 11B-based compound contained in a raw material gas, and which is produced by heat-treating a zeolite-based adsorbent at temperatures of 650°C or higher and 800°C or lower. When using the isotope selective adsorbent, the separation and concentration method by so-called pressure swing method can be adopted. Thereby, the 10B-based compound is adsorbed and the 11B-based compound is allowed to pass through so that the 10B-based compound can be separated and concentrated in a high concentration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
