PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a spherical bioerodible polymer/ceramic complex with an internal porous structure and to provide the complex. PSOLUTION: The method for producing the spherical bioerodible polymer/ceramic complex with the internal porous structure comprises the steps of: putting the bioerodible polymer, which is dissolved in a volatile solvent, into water; stirring it; adding a solution containing calcium ion; dropping a solution containing phosphoric acid ion; performing ripening and conducting solid-liquid separation to the obtained product. The spherical bioerodible polymer/ceramic complex with the internal porous structure produced by the method is provided. A filler for regenerating a bone includes the complex.
