PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a diaphragm wall having a function lowering or raising the ground water level, a lowering method of the ground water level making use thereof and a restoration method of the ground water level.;SOLUTION: The structure of the diaphragm wall includes a hollow tubing 2 passing through the diaphragm wall 1 in the direction of the depth and a well section 3 locating the tubing projected downward of the diaphragm wall. The tubing consisting of a tension material is used, and the pipe material and the diaphragm wall can be integrally formed by a sticking agent 4. A lowering method of the ground water level is a method for lowering the ground water level by using the structure of the diaphragm wall to pump up the ground water by means of a pumping plant provided to the well section. The well section is placed to a specified stratum to make it possible to lower the ground water by pumping up the ground water from the specified stratum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
