PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer lens on which a fisheye lens cut is formed in each divided section as to emphasize a difference of the car configuration from others as well as to give a high grade feeling to succeeding drivers. PSOLUTION: This outer lens is formed by dividing its surface into a plurality of sections and arranging a fisheye lens cut 2 on each section in a mosaic pattern. The fisheye lens cut 2 is divided into four parts in a section, and a part of the fisheye lens cut 2 is transcribed in other divided parts. Then, a pattern appears on an outer lens 1 either in lighting or in not lighting, thereby obtaining an outer lens dramatically superior in impression compared with a conventional one only showing vertical and horizontal lines.
