PHOTOGRAPH FOR ADVERTISING FOR RESIDENT OF RENTAL HOUSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: five kinds of photographs of a rental property are generally used when advertising for a renter of the rental property through the use of a rental information magazine, rental housing-dedicated portal site on the Internet, a publication or the like, while information about details, an emphasized point or the like of the property are not sufficiently given to the renter, so that effective advertising cannot be done.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method of advertising for a renter using one composite image with a large amount of information obtained by combining five kinds of photographs. A photograph with words or descriptions for details having advertising effect added thereto, or a photograph with words and descriptions relating to each photograph and showing features and emphasized point of the property added thereto, is used for advertisement of the rental housing instead of the conventional photograph.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
