Warping method and handle warp for sectional warping machine for producing a pattern warp

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warping method having a simplified rewinding process.;SOLUTION: The method for producing patterned warp yarns (24) and a sectional warper (1) for the patterned warp yarns are provided. The sectional warper for the patterned warp yarns has a warping drum (3) that is locked during winding and is rotatable during feeding, a yarn guide device (10) on one front side (free end) of the warping drum (3), and a plurality of dividing rods (17-22) arranged in parallel with the axis of the warping drum (3) in the peripheral surface area of the warping drum (3). Before feeding the patterned warp yarns (24), a yarn (6) is cut on the peripheral surface of the warping drum (3) to form the front end and the rear end of the patterned warp yarn (24). Then, the dividing rods (17-22) are separated from the warping drum (3) and the patterned warp yarn (24) is fed to a rewinding mechanism (25). Consequently, the patterned warp yarn (24) is fed by a fixed length from the warping drum (3) before the dividing rods (17-22) are pulled out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
