PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and speedily measure three-dimensional movement of an object without necessitating high degree image processing based on many position information of the moving object. SOLUTION: At least three calibration poles Pa, Pb, Pc are erected on a reference face in a three-dimensional movement space of the object, two calibration optical bodies forming pairs, respectively, a1, a2; b1, b2; c1, c2 are provided on the calibration poles Pa, Pb, Pc, and each installation point A, B, C of the calibration poles Pa, Pb, Pc is set in such a way that a line segment AB of a length Kx and a line segment AC of a length Ky cross orthogonally at the installation point A. While photographing the calibration optical bodies a1, a2; b1, b2; c1, c2 by two PSD cameras having known focal distances Fx, Fy, respectively, each optical axis of both cameras is set at distances Lx, Ly from coordinate axis origin by aligning it with three-dimensional movement space coordinate axes X, Y, and a movement position of the object is computed and measured based on output signals of two PSD cameras when photographing the object and Kx, Ky, Fx, Fy, Fx, and Fy.
